STAFF

Continue the Journey. Make a Difference.

Someone once held this space for you. Now you have the opportunity to hold it for someone else.
The HER Weekend is made possible by an incredible team of compassionate volunteers who generously give their time, hearts and talents to support the healing journey of others.
For many women and men, staffing is more than giving back, it is an opportunity to continue their own growth while helping to create a safe, transformational experience for someone else.
Whether serving behind the scenes or directly supporting participants, every role is an important part of creating the HER Weekend transformational experience.

Is Staffing Right For You?

You are ready to apply to staff a weekend if you:

  • Have completed a HER Weekend as a participant
  • Have completed a HIS Weekend or MKP NWTA (men)
  • Feel called to support the healing journey of others
  • Value teamwork, authenticity and personal growth
  • Are willing to continue learning, growing and serving
  • Want to give back to a community that has given so much to you

Every staff member plays an important role in creating the HER Weekend experience. No matter the role, every staff member contributes to creating a safe, caring environment where women can focus on their own healing and growth. You don’t need to have all the answers, you simply need a willingness to serve, support others, and be part of something transformational and meaningful.

Staff Roles May Include:

  • Welcoming Participants

  • Role Playing
  • Supporting Activities
