STAFF

Our team includes both women and men who have completed intensive training in this work. All women staff have participated in the H.E.R. Weekend, and men have completed a comparable training. Our leadership team is intentionally balanced, with two women and two men, supported by approximately 30 staff.

Both leaders and staff receive ongoing training in facilitation and related healing practices. We aim to create an environment that is respectful and grounded in consent, where participants can explore their experiences in an intense yet supportive space.

Many participants find that working in a space that includes compassionate, well-trained staff of different genders can offer meaningful opportunities to reflect on and shift relational patterns. At all times, your autonomy, boundaries, and sense of safety are central.

We view this work as a shared and evolving process, and we are dedicated to continued learning, accountability, and growth as we support you in your journey.

This is your journey. We’re here to walk alongside you.

We’re From All Over the World and All Kinds of Backgrounds

For more than two decades, we’ve welcomed participants and staff from a wide variety of cultures. Most people think of “culture” as a group’s shared language, values, customs, and beliefs. It also includes their:

  • Worldviews, ways of communicating, and ways of acquiring knowledge
  • Race and ethnicity, religion, social class, language, disability, sexual orientation, age, and gender identity
  • Geographic region of origin, and the socioeconomic circumstances they were raised in

Our encounters with so many facets of human experience have shaped our trainings profoundly. This has enabled us to create a supportive, accepting environment that is essential for the deep levels of healing we aspire to. You are welcome here.
