WHAT TO EXPECT AT A HER WEEKEND
The HER Weekend is not a retreat. It’s a return — to yourself.
Through immersive experiences, honest conversations, and intentional pauses, you’ll reconnect with the power you’ve always had. You’ll move through what’s been holding you back, and rise into your amazing authentic self!
The HER Weekend isn’t about fixing you, it’s about remembering who you are, beyond the trauma, beyond the roles, beyond the pieces you thought you lost.
This transformative weekend retreat is designed to guide you on a deeply personal journey through reflection, healing, empowerment, connection, renewal and release. Through a blend of intense processes, interactive group sessions, and individual exploration, you are invited to dig deep and reconnect with your inner strength, and step into a more empowered and authentic version of yourself.
ARRIVAL & GROUNDING | Friday Evening
You arrive. You breathe. You land. As you unplug from the noise of everyday life, you begin shedding what no longer serves, the roles, the rush, the expectations. With intention, you remove symbolic layers like watches or makeup to step fully into the present. You’re invited to show up as you are. You’ll meet the other women walking beside you, and begin turning inward with intention.
EXPLORATION & INSIGHT | Saturday Morning
This is where it gets real. With support and guidance, you begin to explore what’s beneath the surface, the tension, the emotion, the questions you have been carrying. Starting to open up to emotions and inner stories or traumas that may have long gone unspoken. Understanding more deeply what has called you to the HER Weekend. You’re not alone here. And you never need be again.
BREAKTHROUGH & EMBODIMENT | Saturday Afternoon
This is where things move. Engage in powerful experiential activities and processes that invite you to dig deep and confront limiting beliefs and embrace your true essence. Whether it’s stepping into courage, breaking through fear or trauma, or speaking what’s true, you’ll feel what it means to fully embody your power.
AWAKENING & CONNECTION | Saturday Evening
You’ve done deep work. Now, step into new awareness and allow yourself to be fully seen and held in a supportive and safe sisterhood. Witness and celebrate the healing and unfolding of your own transformation and the emergence of your authentic self. Surrounded by women who’ve walked beside you, you’ll reclaim the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet. This is your moment to rise with your new sisters, who will rise with you.
RELEASE & RENEWAL | Sunday Morning
This morning is sacred. Reflect on what you’re ready to let go of, whether grief, trauma, old wounds, or roles you’ve outgrown. Ground yourself in nature, forgiveness, and self-acceptance. Reconnect with your creative power and your ability to shape a life aligned with who you truly are, as you move forward with more clarity.
CLOSURE & CELEBRATION | Sunday Afternoon
You made it through. More importantly, you showed up. Mark the close of your journey with shared joy, heartfelt recognition, and a sense of deep connection. Celebrate your growth, honor the women around you, and take with you tools and inspiration for your next steps. You aren’t the same, and you aren’t alone. You will also learn more about how to continue your healing journey.
CELEBRATION EVENT: (Usually the Friday after the weekend)
You are invited, along with your family and friends, to join a Zoom event where we celebrate all the women that completed your HER Weekend with you. Staff and all participants find it a uniquely connecting and powerful event, which offers your family & friends the opportunity to celebrate and witness your courage and tremendous accomplishments.
